Eli Learns to Ride His Bike! (and Olivia rides too)

Finally, after years of frustration, the training wheels were removed, and Bubba was forced to learn to ride. We take the kids to the church parking lot to practice, so there is limited traffic risks.

There was much wobbling, and some wailing, but not much complaining, despite multiple crashings! Bubba even earned himself a new nickname, "Curb Magnet"!





Now we need to find some larger bikes for the kids, as they have mostly outgrown what we have. There is a family in the Metromess that has a small business selling refurbished kids bikes. They might have something.

Olivia is still working on riding and getting over her fear of crashing...so no pics of her yet.

But we are proud of Eli! He has the basics down, and I look forward to a time in the near future when we can take all 3 Monkeys out on bike rides!
